A Few Bits of Helpful Information

The cost per night is the same whether you have 1 guest or 10. As a vacation rental, when you book The Cobble House, the home is exclusively yours. We do not rent out individual rooms.

Check-in at The Cobble House is 4:00pm – 7:00pm, and check-out is by 10:00am. In addition to your Welcome Bag filled with local goodies, we will stock the house for your First Breakfast. Children are welcome; pets are by arrangement. Check our FAQs for further information.

FAQs

Book your stay at our vacation home directly through our website. Use our Inquiry Form or call us at 802-216-8866 should you have questions or special requests.

Check-in is 4:00pm – 7:00pm. Please call us at 802-216-8866 if you will arrive later. Check-out is by 10:00am on your departure day.

On the day before arrival, you will receive an email with a custom door code along with check-in instructions. Let us know your arrival time and we’ll greet you at the door and give you a tour of the home.

The minimum stay at The Cobble House is two nights.

We require full payment at the time of booking.
• If a booking is cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, we will refund 100% of your payment.
• If you cancel more than 14 days and less than 30 days before arrival, we will return 50% of your payment.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival will result in forfeiting your payment.
