Our Gathering Spaces
The entire ground floor is yours – four interconnected Reception Rooms: the Dining Room, Sitting Room, Club Room, and Reading Room; the Music Room, a large, airy function room, and our accompanying outdoor spaces, the Bluestone Terrace, Veranda and lawn. All can be configured to meet your unique needs. The magic of The Cobble House is how fluidly guests can flow from one space to another, from outside to inside and how the spaces can be at once intimate and expansive.
Elegant and light-filled, with floor to ceiling windows that bring the forest in, the Dining Room and Sitting Room are perfect for an intimate dinner party, a cocktail party, or a dessert buffet. Tuck into the Club and Reading Rooms for quiet conversations before or after dinner. For larger parties, our Music Room is a delightful, bright space with a lofty, beamed ceiling and floor to ceiling windows on three sides that accommodates up to 60 guests.
In warmer months, imagine starting with cocktails al fresco surrounded by the Green Mountains on the Bluestone Terrace or on our covered Veranda overlooking the lawns. When the season is cool and snowflakes fall, our Reception Rooms transform for cocktails, or dessert into a large, warm, festive space that inspires good cheer and mingling.
Gracious and flexible, The Cobble House is an ideal venue for a range of events. Venue rental includes four bedrooms with en suite baths, a junior suite and all house amenities.
